Throughout the whole of NZ! And only NZ at this current time. 

Pricing

The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, and delivery! We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product description within 24 hours of being notified of it.

Ordering

An order made via our website is an offer to purchase product/s. When we receive a valid order from you, we will acknowledge by email, that we have received and are processing your order.  

Cancellation  

Please carefully check your order details before completing payment. Cancellation of subscription seed boxes can be made up until 14 working days before dispatch of subscription box.

Shipping  

Delivery is made by courier.  Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.  We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

You must notify us by email hello@yougrew.co.nz within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.  

Damaged/Faulty Items

We take every care when packing your order . Your subscription items are enclosed in a cardboard box and then placed in a composable courier bag.  We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your seed box in the same condition it left our warehouse. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised to by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection.
